RENEGADE® Return & Refund Policy
Unopened Product:s If you change your mind, we accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed bags within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.
Opened Products: For the safety of all our canine customers, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. If your dog is trying our treats for the first time, we recommend starting with a smaller bag to ensure it is the right fit for them.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, that is on us. Please contact our support team at support@renegadepets.com within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is handed off to the carrier and marked as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout, RENEGADE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
